Sunbelt, Home and Office Coffee Service layaway plan is for 3 months. There is a 100 dollar minimum purchase, 25 percent down plus a 10 dollar service fee.
If you decide that you want to cancel your layaway
there will be no refund.
Layaways payments can be made through Paypal, Credit Card and Money orders only, no checks.
You must send payment on your due date BUT if you have e-mail me you will receive a 5 day grace period but after that the layaway is cancelled with no refund
Layaway purchases require a 25% down payment plus $10.00 service fee and payments may be made by credit card, Paypal or money order.
STEP 1: Select the items you want and add them to your shopping cart.
STEP 2: Click "Checkout" and fill out the customer billing information on the order form.
STEP 3: On the order form please indicate the payment method that you will be using in the comments area.
STEP 4: Select "layaway" as your method of payment.
STEP 5: Sunbelt, Home and Office Coffee Service will receive your request and if by Credit Card or Paypal you will be sent an e-bill, money orders must be mailed to the below address to complete the transaction.
Customers participating in the Sunbelt, Home and Office Coffee Service Layaway Program agree to the following conditions:
Purchase: Minimum purchase of $50.00 excluding shipping charges. A down payment of 25% of purchase price not including shipping charges plus $10.00 service fee must be made to start layaway. The maximum layaway period is three months.
Payment: Payments will be made monthly. Payment method may be by approved credit card, Paypal, or money order. Credit card payments will be pre-authorized by customer for 3 addtional payments of 25% charged by Sunbelt, Home and Office Coffee Service on the 15th of each month. Money order payments are due by the 15th of each month and must be payable to Sunbelt Coffee. Payments must be sent to the following address:

Cancellations: Customers, If you decide that you want to cancel your layaway there will be no refunds plus a 15% fee of purchase price charge to you
Missed Payments: If a monthly payment is missed, an e-mail will be sent verifying whether or not you would like to continue the layaway. If the reply is yes, the layaway will continue with no penalty. If the reply is no, or if there is no reply within 5 days of notification, the layaway will be cancelled, and the layaway payments will not be refunded plus a 15% cancellation fee.
End of Layaway Period: Paid-in-full accounts paid for by credit card will be shipped within 7- 10 business days following the last payment.
Partial Payments: No Partial Payments
Agreement:This agreement must be signed and dated and mailed to the above address to complete the layaway plan no later than 7 days after your layaway date starts.
